none of which should be underestimated for the negative impact it can have on our physical as well as emotional health. Work stress, meeting deadlines, financial worries, stress relating to relationships, family, children and teenagers; all of these can have a significant impact on our health and wellbeing.

So how do we deal with this stress which can affect our health and cause so much unhappiness? 

People deal with stress in different ways, many of which are unhealthy and unproductive – from misuse of alcohol and drugs to outright denial and taking things out on loved ones. Through Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques I can teach highly effecitve ways to reduce the impact of stress in your life and equip you with powerful coping stratagies to help you deal better with day to day problems. I will also teach you self-hypnosis techniques you can use yourself in stressful situations.
